WHAT WE ARE BUILDING
A window that opens once and closes by itself.
We do not sell property, take reservation fees, hold deposits, or decide whether a withdrawal was valid. What we hold is the clock, and neither party can move it.
- 01
The commitment is made
Buyer and developer both enter it. The moment it is made becomes the start, fixed then rather than reconstructed later from two copies.
- 02
The window runs
It runs from that instant for the agreed period. No later filing date shortens it and no recollection extends it.
- 03
The buyer may withdraw alone
While the window is open, withdrawal takes one party. The developer's cooperation is not required and their agreement is not sought.
- 04
The window closes on its own
Nobody sends notice and nobody invokes anything. The period ends and the commitment hardens for both sides at the same moment.
A developer who wants to extend the window as a goodwill gesture still can. What they cannot do is quietly move where it began.
