DISCLOSURE
Buyers in one tower talk to each other.
This is the constraint that decides whether developers will use it, and developers are the party with the standing to refuse.
Price is commercially sensitive
What one buyer negotiated, and which unit they took, is exactly what every other buyer in the building wants to know. A developer will not enter a system that makes their price ladder legible.
Each purchase reaches two parties
The buyer and the developer, and no one else. Another buyer in the same project has no part in it and never receives a copy.
The timing is shared, the terms are not
Both sides see the same clock, because that is the point. Neither the discount nor the unit number needs to travel any further than the two of them.
We are not on the contract
The commitment belongs to buyer and developer. We run what it sits on, which is not the same as being inside it.
